Accommodation & Transport Overview
To ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience for all participants, the Sci-Fi Fare 2026 organizing committee provides limited on-campus accommodation, paid off-campus housing options, and complimentary transportation services. Allocation is strictly based on registration priority and availability.
Limited Availability – Register Early!
Accommodation will be provided ONLY on the basis of registration priority. Separate arrangements are available for Male and Female participants. Seats are limited in both categories, and allocation is final based on your registration timestamp.
On-Campus
FREEFree accommodation inside KYAU campus premises. Basic dormitory-style rooms with shared washrooms and common area. Strictly limited seats, prioritized for outstation participants.

Off-Campus (Paid)
200/300 ৳Partnered guest houses & hostels located near the university. Comfortable shared rooms with better privacy and additional facilities. Amount payable upon check-in.

Free Transportation – Shuttle Service
The organizing committee provides completely FREE transport for all registered participants from the designated pickup point. Only one route is operational:
Route: Sirajganj → Kodda → Campus
Free transport from Sirajganj to KYAU campus via Kodda. The shuttle will stop at Kodda Junction for 10 minutes before proceeding to the university.
Accommodation Policy & Request Process
Accommodation requests are processed strictly according to the timestamp of your completed event registration. Early registrants get first preference.
Separate allocation for male and female participants. Once the quota for any gender is full, no further accommodation of that type can be assigned.
Indicate your accommodation need (On-campus / Off-campus / None) while filling the registration form. Changes after submission may not be possible.
Accommodation check-in starts from 8:00 AM on the event day. Valid ID and registration payment confirmation required.
*Accommodation request is part of the main registration form. On-campus rooms are extremely limited, so register early.
